Naheed has substantial experience of all aspects of residential sales and purchases including Right-to-Buys, leases, new builds and shared ownerships. She also deals with re-mortgages and specialised finance such as Sharia Compliant mortgages; Transfers of Equity, matrimonial transfers and charges as well as Assents and Gifts of property. On the commercial side, Naheed has experience of sale and purchases, leases, assignments and licences. She has also dealt with the sale and purchases of small businesses. Naheed is fluent in other languages including Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
