Lorens started off life as a Commercial Litigator but since 1987 has specialised in Claimant personal injury litigation working exclusively for Trade Union Members.  He joined the firm in 1993.

Experience & Areas of Expertise:


Lorens represents trade union clients and deals with employers liability claims including industrial disease industrial deafness, stress at work, asbestos related illness, vibration white finger and work related upper limb disorders.

Whilst representing Union members, Lorens has dealt with cases involving minors, fatal accidents, accidents at work, public liability and road traffic accidents.

Lorens is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Association of Personal Injury lawyers.

B v Hertfordshire County Council
B was awarded £19,000 following a tripping accident whilst walking along the pavement.

W v BT
W’s estate received £360,000 following W’s death from asbestos exposure whilst working for BT.

A was awarded £72,600 after he suffered whiplash injuries in a road traffic accident.
